Documents Required for Admission
To ensure a smooth admission process at Modish Public School, please provide the following documents:
- ✅ Original Date of Birth Certificate
- ✅ Aadhaar Card (Photocopy of the Student and Parents)
- ✅ Address Proof (Photocopy of Ration Card or PAN Card)
- ✅ Two Passport-Sized Photographs of the Child
- ✅ One Passport-Sized Photograph Each of the Mother & Father
- ✅ Transfer Certificate (Required for students applying to Grade 1 and above)
How to Register?
- 📋 The Registration Form is available at the School Office on all working days.
- 🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
